When they’re done with these marketing declarations, RGN Financial Planning LTD is inviting people to sign up and start trading on their platform. And the problem is that we can’t give them the benefit of doubt just yet because of the many red flags on their website.

This broker has invested in a professionally-designed website with an attractive video background that gives the impression of premium brokerage service. However, we also took note of their numerous promises which seemed too good to be true. This is because when we signed up on the RGN Financial Planning LTD platform, it was just the normal WebTrader integrated into a basic client portal. Nothing was special.

However, in their marketing content, they stated that RGN Financial Planning LTD is providing “excellent trading experience through their WebTrader platform”. Contrary to their marketing claims, we didn’t see their WebTrader coming close to a game-changing trading platform. In fact, this WebTrader is offered by so many offshore CFDs brokers on the internet. So nothing is special here.

The client portal of this broker is also simple and straight-forward. You can view or edit your profile, analyze your trading history and make a deposit or a withdrawal. From this client portal, we can also contact the broker’s customer support.

We however noted that before one can deposit funds, they have to engage an account manager first. In our experience, these account managers are just salespeople who are trained to sound professional and yet charming over the phone. So before you know it, you will be pulling out your credit card to transfer funds to the broker’s bank account. Keep in mind that the minimum deposit is as high as 5,000 EUR. It’s not 250 EUR like we’re used to.

And there is no demo or practice account for beginners. The broker just wants you to commit your 5,000 EUR upfront. This is not a good sign because it shows that this broker doesn’t care about you losing your funds due to your inexperience with trading CFDs.

The WebTrader, which they’re boasting about is not our favorite either. It’s prone to rigging and brokers who offer it tend to suffer from poor spreads and latency. You will never get good executions when using a WebTrader broker.

In addition to this, the WebTrader didn’t allow us to use a third-party expert advisor or trading indicator. These tools aid in automated trading and making of decisions but unfortunately RGN Financial Planning LTD doesn’t allow it.

There is no guaranteed returns from CFDs trading yet this broker is making an attempt to appear legit by stating that monthly ROI is guaranteed thanks to their portfolio managers. We don’t believe them for the reasons we will state later on.

The cost of spreads for each one of the account types has not been highlighted. No commission or swap information either.

1)They do not hold any regulatory license. Their address implies that rgnfinancialplanningltd.com is operated out of London and if that’s the case, we expect this broker to show us their FCA approval. This information is missing. We asked the broker this question and they ignored us.

2)The broker is operating another scam called nfgfinance.com which has attracted very negative feedback online. People have claimed that nfgfinance.com is a scam.

3)They broker has shown that their promises are just empty marketing declarations and they don’t have any capacity to provide a decent, legit and transparent trading environment.

4)The website of this broker was recently registered but the marketing content of the broker implies that they are an established company with a track record of helping turn the ambition of traders into success. We found that these claims are hot air.

5)Ownership information about the company cannot be verified. The broker is potentially based in an offshore location which favors anonymity and gives them a safe haven for hiding and carrying out their scamming activities.
