Prime-cc says they’re your “number 1 broker for Forex, Crypto and more”. Even their tagline is ushering people to “step into the world of profit and success”. Prime-cc.com is bold and assertive with never-ending promises making the most part of the website’s marketing content. They want the trading community to make use of their platform because they’re offering a vast selection of tradeable assets through their various account plans. The broker emphasizes that they are a darling to global investors.

We treat the above statements as mere marketing rants until the broker is able to prove their expertise. This is something that we’re going to find out through an in-depth analysis/assessment of the trading platform and its operations. Is Prime-CC any better or just another scam that will wipe your bank account clean and leave you high and dry?

First impression of Prime-CC website

We’ve seen this particular design multiple times and we suspect the broker is operating a network of similar sites out there. The broker seems to be recycling their marketing content across all their websites. As a result, none of their website’s content is unique. The promises are all the same. For example, Prime-CC is offering credit cards and a generous referral program. We find this promise across all of their other websites.

Prime CC website review

This particular website has a perfect blend of blues and whites. It exudes the spirit of a premium CFDs broker who is eager to onboard clients. The broker’s prominent pages focus on their trading platform, account types, debit card and VIP programs. There is a page dedicated to “blockchain education” which we find very shallow as they discuss very general things in that page.

On the other hand, the news channel page is empty. This creates redundance in an otherwise premium-looking website and we hope this will catch the attention of the broker for correction.

The about page of Prime-CC is also too general. It avoids discussion about the owners of the company, their track record and their physical address.

On one hand, the website is perfectly designed but on the other, they fail to keep everything constistently flowing as should be. Some of the shortcomings of this website can also be considered a red flag, given that Prime CC is touting a financial service where investors are expected to commit a budget.

Whereas the minimum deposit is $250, this broker also has account plans attracting as much as $250,000 or even more. We therefore expect them to exercise atmost transparency.

A review of the broker’s sign-up process and trading terminal

Prime-CC account opening procedure

As soon as you open the Prime CC website and point your mouse at the menu section, you will find two buttons for signing up and loging into the client dashboard. Clicking the “get started” button opens the sign up form. The input areas require your name, email, phone number and passwords.

Something worth noting is that after you complete and submit the form, the broker has to manually approve your application. This process will involve the broker giving you a phone call to pitch the usual “investment options”. This is something we do not like because not only is it intrusive, but it also pressurizes people to make investment decisions which they’re not sure about.

Prime CC runs a trading terminal which is basic in its style. Because it foregoes sophistication in place of user-friendliness, some people would find it convenient and likeable. If you’re accessing it from a Desktop device, you will see your list of tradeable assets on the left side of the chart. There are hundreds of instruments for trading and it just depends on which assets you’re going to pick as your favorite for frequent trading.

On the extreme far left, there is a menu that facilitates deposits and displays monetary statistics related to the account. You can also view your trading statement from this same menu.

Whereas the Prime CC trading terminal is simple and straight-forward, it integrates the usual technical analysis tools. However, it fails to provide us with auto-trading functions. Expert advisors are also not accommodated. Last but not least, we couldn’t figure out how to set risks appropriately. In a normal trading terminal like MT4/5, these functions are clearly defined, meaning that you have 100% control of your trades. This is not the case with Prime-CC broker.

Prime CC account types

The broker’s self managed account plans start at $250 all the way to $10,000. Depending on which plan you’ve chosen, the broker will give you education content, favorable spreads and prioritized withdrawal times. Leverage can also be adjusted accordingly.

For an “extraordinary” trading experience, Prime CC is offering various premium account types that are focused on providing prestigeous services. Clients who supposedly choose these accounts are called “exclusive” clients. They pay at least $250,000 to gain access to features that clients on basic plans never enjoy. For example, the broker wants to give debit cards to these clients so that they can spend their Crypto wherever they are. We find it quite unrealistic since CFDs brokers’ operations are not like those of financial institutions such as banks.

We have also not come into contact with any of Prime CC clients who have received the alleged debit card.

How about clients who are using any of Prime CC services? To be honest, we’re not sure if this broker has any clients. We encourage you to contribute your feedback if you have an experience with this broker.

Is Prime-CC a scam broker?

This broker may be a scam because so many questions linger in our mind as we go through their website. For example, the broker is clearly not licensed and we wonder how they keep marketing their services to the trading community when their legal papers are not in order. Also, it’s a general rule of thumb that traders should never take careless risk where they sign up and deposit funds into an unregulated broker’s bank account or Crypto wallet.

We also noticed that Prime-cc doesn’t have a physical address on their website. By not providing these details, the broker is showing lack of transparency. Nobody will ever trade with a broker who is hiding their physical location.

Also, the identities of the Prime CC owners is something worth questioning. The broker is very careful not to expose the face behind this website. They’re possibly hiding because they are scammers who don’t want to be caught or associated with a dirty job on the internet. Scammers choose anonymity because it gives them a sense of safety on the internet.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • A-class marketing material and sales language

Cons

  • Prime-CC is not a licensed broker
  • The broker lacks a track record
  • The recent registration of the website prime-cc.com is a concern.
  • The identities of the company owners is hidden.
  • Association with a network of brokers who are the subject of consumer complaints.

Summary

Their brief history (website was registered in October 2023) is worrying. Their lack of transparency is yet another reason we feel this broker may be shady. There is no way this platform is going to convince professional traders to sign up if these are the characteristics of their website. We will not be anticipating correctional efforts from Prime CC because the most likely scenario is that the broker will finally pull down the website and disappear into thin air.
