Tixee.com is an MT5 Forex and CFDs broker that first appeared on the internet in February 2021. Tixee is a brand name of Pipbull Ltd — which is a company that operates out of Sychelles. The broker’s marketing materials suggest that Tixee.com is a subsidiary of two other companies which include GVT KORIMZA (PTY) LTD (South Africa) and LLTP LTD (Cyprus). The relationship between Tixee and these other entities appear to be based on IB partnership — meaning that the broker is relying on the companies to provide technology and trading platform for their clients. In the meantime, the broker’s website is listed by who.is as having been registered in July 2007. This would mean that Tixee purchased a domain that has been up on sale for many years since we’ve seen that the broker is not more than 2 years old in this Forex marketplace.

The registeration date of a domain is very important for new brokers and other entities that operate in the Fintech segment. The older the domain, the more trustworthy it is deemed to be. The more we are able to use these trading systems and signals with extremely high chances of making consistent returns. But on the flipside, this is something that scammers also take advantage of to build credibility which they do not deserve.

The broker claims to offer the “ultimate trading experience”. Tradeable instruments span across Forex, Crypto, Stocks, Indices and Commodities.

Tixee is offering 5 different trading platforms. Their customers can trade on the MT4, MT5, Simple Trader, Web Trader and Tixee Mobile app software.

The broker also advertises many benefits of using the platform. These include negative balance protection, ability to offer sophisticated charts and trading insights, same day withdrawals and daily market news.

We’d like to say that same day withdrawal is not possible with Tixee because we’ve seen quite a few complaints concerning customers whose withdrawals were delayed.

Tixee’s 4 account types, minimum deposit, leverage and spreads

The broker’s minimum deposit is $250. However, with this minimum, you don’t get to enjoy cool features that come with higher account types. For example, spreads are as high as1.5 pips on major pairs, and you will not receive research and analysis by Trading Central among other benefits.

This is a way to entice consumers to upgrade by depositing more money into their trading accounts.

But one thing you should know is that if you are not skilled and you’re also not using any trading system or signals, then increasing your deposit is simply a good way of losing more money.

Maximum leverage is 1:500, which is fair enough but still dangerous for some trading strategies. You should always pick leverage that is ideal to your trading strategy.

Is Tixee legit or a scam broker?

First of all, this Forex and CFDs broker is very new. They are trying very hard to prove that they are not a scam like Mex Atlantic, FFFA Global Investing and Investuous. They are yet to build a reputation, although we see that “user reviews” and “comments” are starting to show up in some untrusted Forex forums.

These forums typically don’t enforce strict rules for posting, and even employees of companies can post reviews to fool legitimate clients who are doing their research about a particular broker.

This is what is currently happening with the broker. There are many suspicious 4 and 5 star reviews on these forums. We can’t trust them entirely due to the leeway that the admins of these forums have given users.

The reviews are probably sponsored by the broker. As a matter of fact, they are also using Trustpilot, the Mecca of fake trading reviews — so obviously they are paying to gain a fake overall rating.

We’re waiting to see whether Tixee will get multiple legitimate user comments like any other Forex broker that has been around for at least 3 years.

We cannot say they are a scam but at the same time, we don’t feel at ease recommending them either.

The Conclusion

Tixee appears to be a professional broker except that we can’t recommend them because they are a new company, and secondly it is suspected that the broker is sponsoring fake reviews to promote themselves.

This fooling of prospective clients through paid feedback on the forums is unacceptable. We will obviously revisit to see whether new feedback is available to discuss. Also, if you have had an experience with this broker, please drop your comments below.
