Gravity Forex Robot Review: Is Gravity FX fxg5.com Scam?

Gravity Forex Robot is an expert advisor that works with any MetaTrader Forex broker, currency pair, index and metal plus the developer says its results are stable.

The official Gravity FX website can be found at FXG5.com. They tell us that Gravity FX expert advisor is the result of thousands of hours of design, testing and refinement.

They want the community to know that Gravity Forex robot was tested on a real live account and that it is their best Forex robot since they can also prove this.

In their promotion material, they mention that Gravity Forex robot was created by a team of professionals with 10 years of experience in Forex trading.

They now believe that after a long period of testing and optimizing, they have found a truly profitable strategy.

They want the trading community to know that their company has invented the ultimate Forex Money Machine!

The developer in question is known as Gravity FX and they’re based in the US and probably in Russia as they can be reached using two phone numbers, +1.305.600.0909 and +7 (928) 513-49-89.

Support can be reached through sale@fxg5.com or support@fxg5.com.

In as much as some traders might be hopeful about this product, our verdict may not necessarily line up with their expectations. In such a case, these reliable Forex robots can be selected for trading.

Gravity Forex Robot Review

Despite the domain fxg5.com having been created in 2012, Gravity FX expert advisors are not popular and the website is not receiving any significant traffic just yet.

This can be due to poor marketing or the fact that they purchased the domain for purposes of selling their Gravity Forex robot brand.

All in all, the website design is up to standards and we’re wondering if the same quality has gone into the creation the Gravity Forex Robot logic.

However, it’s not clear whether Gravity FX 5.0 is the same product as Gravity FX 1.0 or Gravity FX 3.0. We’re also not even sure whether these are just updates of the same product either.

There are 3 licenses offered with this product. Gravity FX 1.0 costs $99. Gravity FX 3.0 costs $199 while Gravity FX 5.0 costs $299 respectively.

GRAVITY forex robot features

On the other hand, they’ve provided a sneak peek of the features that drive the trading logic of Gravity FX robot. These include:

  • Broker spy module
  • ECN broker compatible
  • No time dependency
  • Automatic 4/5 digit broker protection
  • Stealth mode
  • Built-in high spread protection system

Also, the developer wants the community to know that this Forex robot is designed to trade the most liquid pairs such as EURUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF and AUDUSD.

Trading strategy of the Gravity Forex robot

The explanation says that it’s a scalper that targets between 10 to 15 pips take profit. It targets short and medium term trends.

The basic principles include the low-risk accumulation of minor, yet highly probable, profits while following short and medium-term trends.

They claim that their strategy has been used by many professional Forex traders and that it has generated millions of dollars.

They want the community to believe that this is a time-tested trading strategy as it takes care of money management through low-risk scalping techniques.

GRAVITY FOREX ROBOT has an in-built automatic risk-calculating algorithm that automatically determines trading volumes on the basis of account risk percentage per individual deal.

On top of this, the Gravity FX Forex robot has a unique algorithm that was designed to take compensate for draw down.

The developer does not disclose how this trading logic works. And by the way, this sounds like revenge trading and we’re not sure whether all factors involving risk management will be taken care of during the phase of attempted draw down recovery.

GRAVITY FOREX ROBOT opens positions against daily movements only where such moves have a high probability of success and by keeping to a trading method which has proven itself over the years through use by many professional traders.

The above statement makes me wonder whether there are times when this Forex robot can go against the trend. Notice the statement (positions against daily movements).

It sounds quite convoluted since the meaning of this explanation does not come out quite clearly.

Gravity FX trading performance

From the word go, the developer claimed that backtests didn’t prove the success of a Forex robot and that their EA’s performance was backed by live trading results.

GravityFX forex robot Myfxbook

Since they have at least provided a myfxbook account, they’re better off than Ichi Scalper EA developers.

Meanwhile, FX G5 claimed that the Forex robot has consistently made them real money. I want to find out through the proof they provide so we can determine whether or not these statements are accurate as opposed to mere marketing gimmick.

A myfxbook account has been provided and this account shows a gain of +162.8%. Monthly return is 41% while draw down is 68.51%.

This is a real Forex trading account hosted at IC Markets broker.

In as much as monthly return is high, draw down is very disappointing. I cannot see how money management rules were followed if draw down is 68.51%.

An ideal draw down should be less than 20%. In addition to this, the Forex account in question was last traded in Jul 30 at 00:08.

So we are essentially discussing a dormant trading account.

Customer feedback

I managed to read one review from a customer that had posted on the FPA forum. This trader claimed that Gravity FX robot could be a good EA only if the developer fixed the problem of high draw down.

I’ve not seen any other review from a trader who purchased this Forex robot. We’re hoping to see additional reviews in the future.

This feedback would be helpful and since you are reading this review, this can be the best chance to tell the world your experience about this Forex robot.

Conclusion

Although this expert advisor by FX G5 sounds like the ideal scalper for trading Forex, the results from their myfxbook account are disappointing.

I second the opinion of the user who stated that the draw down is not good and the developer should find a way to fix this problem.

Also, the explanation of their strategy is not coming out quite well. If these issues are tackled, we will update this FX G5 review accordingly.

Now it’s time for the community to drop their comments.
